The current status of the Peruvian Avocado
Hass avocados from Peru boast a characteristic oval shape with slightly pebbled, rough skin transitioning from green to purplish-black as it ripens. The creamy, pale green flesh delivers a rich, nutty flavor and a smooth, buttery texture, making it versatile for various culinary applications.

Avocado Cultivation Calendar
Our avocado harvest campaign begins in April, reaching its peak in August and September, thus achieving the perfect size. Thanks to our extensive availability of hectares, we manage to reach a quantity of 4500 tons.
